Overview and definitions

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional bonuses offered by Lifebet (the Company). By participating in any Lifebet bonus or promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the specific terms accompanying each offer.

Eligibility and account requirements

You must be a registered user who is at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where Lifebet operates. Your account must be in good standing and may require verification in accordance with Lifebet's verification policy. Some promotions may impose additional eligibility criteria stated in the offer description.

One bonus per account

Bonuses are issued to a single user per account, per device, per IP address and per household unless explicitly stated otherwise. Lifebet reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if there is evidence of duplicate accounts, fraud, or misrepresentation.

Claiming and acceptance

To claim a bonus, activate it in your Lifebet account and complete any required verification steps. By claiming, you acknowledge and accept these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms that accompany the offer.

Types of bonuses

  • Welcome Bonus — A one-time offer for new players on the first qualifying deposit. Example: a 100% match up to $750 plus 100 Free Spins on selected games. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements and any offer-specific restrictions described in the promotion terms.
  • Deposit Bonus — Ongoing offers based on the amount deposited, typically a percentage match up to a maximum bonus amount. Example: 50% match up to $500 with a 30x wagering requirement.
  • Free Spins — Free spins awarded on specified games. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. The number of spins and eligible games are described in the offer.
  • Cashback — A percentage of net losses within a defined period returned as bonus funds. Details of the cashback rate, eligible dates and minimum withdrawal thresholds are stated in the promotion description.
  • Reload and Loyalty Rewards — Recurring bonuses for active players or by loyalty tier based on deposits, wagering, or other qualifying activity. Eligibility and amounts are described in the promotion terms.

Wagering requirements

A bonus may be subject to a wagering requirement (playthrough). The requirement is stated with the promotion and is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, and in some cases winnings derived from the bonus. Until the wagering requirement is met, you may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings.

Contributions by game type toward wagering requirements are as follows unless otherwise stated in the promotion: Slots 100%; Table Games 10%; Live Casino 0% (or as specified in the offer). Some games may be excluded from wagering requirements; the eligible games are listed in the promotion description.

Bonus expiry and forfeiture

Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotion description (commonly 30 days). Unused bonuses and any winnings associated with them may be forfeited after the expiry.

Restrictions and limitations

During an active bonus, a maximum bet may apply per wager. Bets exceeding the limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings. Lifebet reserves the right to restrict certain games or wagering methods and to prohibit practices deemed exploitative or abusive.

  • Withdrawal restrictions: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are satisfied.
  • Bonus abuse: Multi-accounting, collusion, masking IP addresses, or other exploitative behavior may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of related winnings.

Bonus cancellation

A user may cancel a bonus at any time, in which case the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Lifebet may cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion if fraud, abuse or violation of these terms is suspected.

Promotional terms and precedence

Each bonus or promotion may include unique terms. Those terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms govern.

Policy changes

Lifebet may update these terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Lifebet's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from bonuses or promotions shall be resolved in the competent courts or by the agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
